    Saw the car on Autotrader - we were there within a couple of hours - the car we chose was a bargain and immaculate .. we paid a deposit and collected the car 2 days After . would go back again! THANK YOU .

    Dissapointed

    My partner and I purchased a car from you 2 months ago now, we had good service when it was test drove friendly and polite, also went out of their way so we could pick it up out of hours. However, we was promised that the car would be professionally valletes to a high standard and the car would have some fuel. On picking it up it was in a poor state chocolate on the seats and car not even had a basic outside wash. 1 month down the line there is a problem with the car or overheats while standing and a problem with the exhaust. Car is currently in being fixed had no updates about the car. Phoned in today for the worker not having a clue about it. Extremely dissapointed

    Sorry to hear this Bethany. I believe the confusion was because you and 2 other people were ringing in asking different questions etc. The vehicle was fixed in a swift and timely manner and got you back onto the road straight away.

    BEWARE avoid like the plague

    Beware they take photos of cars in such way that you cannot see dents and scratches the car I looked at was advertise as really good condition for age and mileage after traveling miles to view the car it was riddled in dents and scratches didn't even get to open the bonnet stage and look at the engine and the front bumper was even held on buy duct tape very pushy even tried the old blag it's a 9 year old car what do you expect ,really I've just scraped a 2001 zafira in better condition not a mark on it and it was a cat d I'm really surprised you manage to feed your family

    Their ok if you get a hassle free car

    I purchased a black mini cooper s in april 2017, during my drive back to birmingham, i noticed the air con didnt work, i then noticed the reverse lights didnt work either. I contacted D&G and they advised me that if i brought the car back, they would get a professional mechanic to sort the reverse lights for me, so i drove back to burton to find the car wasnt being looked at by a mechanic but the salesman reading chat forums in an attempt to fix the reverse light issue. not good after taking a day off work. Regarding the air con, D&G claimied they would pay half towards getting the air con fixed, baring in mind i had a warranty on the vehicle. Twice the car was returned within the first month of purchasing and nothing was ever done, ive never received a penny towards getting the air con sorted, ive had to get a mechanic to sort the reverse light issue myself D&G were great at taking my money but their warranty wasn't worth the paper its written on, they wont cover anything
